CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) is a certification from Cisco. CCNA certification is a first-level Cisco Career certification. CCNA certification validates the ability to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot medium-size routed and switched networks, including implementation and verification of connections to remote sites in a WAN.

The CCNA Security curriculum emphasizes core security technologies, the installation, troubleshooting and monitoring of network devices to maintain integrity, confidentiality and availability of data and devices, and competency in the technologies that Cisco uses in its security structure.

The 640-802 CCNA is the exam associated with the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification. Through this exam Cisco tests the knowledge and skills required to install, operate, and troubleshoot a small to medium size enterprise branch network. The CCNA training is conducted using real Cisco equipment. We do not use simulation software.

Below equipments are available for the CCNA training:
  • Routers: 1841, 2600XM, 2800, 3640, 3800
  • Switches: 2950, 3550
  • Firewall: PIX-515, AS-A5520
Who should opt for this certification?:
  • Network Administrators
  • Network Specialists
  • Network Support Engineers
  • Who wish to start their career into network field
We, NETWORK EDUCATOR are having expertise and offering below CCNA Modules:
  • Routing & Switching
  • Security
  • Datacenter
  • Service Provider
Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security) validates associate-level knowledge and skills required to secure Cisco networks. With a CCNA Security certification, a network professional demonstrates the skills required to develop a security infrastructure, recognize threats and vulnerabilities to networks, and mitigate security threats.

The CCNA Security curriculum emphasizes core security technologies, the installation, troubleshooting and monitoring of network devices to maintain integrity, confidentiality and availability of data and devices, and competency in the technologies that Cisco uses in its security structure.

Course Objectives
  • Describe the components of a comprehensive network security policy that can be used to counter threats against IT systems, within the context of a security policy lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement security countermeasures that are aimed at protecting network elements as part of the network infrastructure.
  • Deploy and maintain threat control and containment technologies for perimeter security in small and midsize networks.
  • Describe secure connectivity strategies and technologies using VPNs, and configure site-to-site and remote access VPNs using Cisco IOS features.

CISCO Certified network professional is the most popular professional level certification from Cisco. The focus is on managing routers and switches as well as edge applications that integrate voice, wireless, and security into the network.

In order to achieve CCNP certification, you have to be a valid CCNA. CCNP Certification can be done through following Devices
  • Routers: 1841, 2600XM, 2800, 3640, 3800
  • Switches: 2950, 3550
  • Firewall: PIX-515, ASA-5520
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP Training) validates knowledge and skills required to install, configure and troubleshoot converged local and wide area networks with 100 to 500 or more nodes. With a CCNP certification, a network professional demonstrates the knowledge and skills required to manage the routers and switches that form the network core, as well as edge applications that integrate voice, wireless, and security into the network. TheCCNP training curriculum includes building scalable Cisco networks, Cisco multilayer switched networks, securing converged wide area networks, and optimizing converged networks.

Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Routing and Switching (CCIE Routing and Switching) certifies the skills required of expert-level network engineers to plan, operate and troubleshoot complex, converged network infrastructure.
